The Process

After reading the services provided information on this site, the next steps toward engaging The Wright Nanny to locate and screen the perfect child care professional for your family are listed below:

1. Make Contact

Contact The Wright Nanny office on (02) 9660 6621 or submit an online enquiry.

2. Register with the Wright Nanny

Once we have received your enquiry / registration, a consultant will contact you to discuss your child care requirements and to answer any queries or concerns that you may have.

At this point it is important for you to provide us with as much information as possible to give us the best chance of finding the perfect child care professional for you.
 
3. Candidate Selection

The Wright Nanny will provide you with the details of any suitable candidates for your position. This information will include:

  • Experience

  • Qualifications

  • Confirmation of reference checks

  • Confirmation of Working with Children Check.

If you wish to personally interview the candidate you will be provided with their resume for your perusal.

4. Interview

The Wright Nanny will arrange an interview between the family and nanny at a time convenient to both parties. It is recommended that you conduct the interview within the environment of the position. By having the children present you will be able to witness and evaluate the interaction between them and the potential carer.

We will provide you with a list of interview questions that will assist you in ensuring you find out as much information on the candidate as possible.
 
5. Choosing the Wright Nanny
 
Once you have chosen a nanny candidate and offered them the position we will provide you with both a Contract and a Duties and Responsibilities form. Both forms should be signed with a copy retained for record purposes by both parties. You will also be required to fill out a confirmation note and return it to the office along with the appropriate fee to secure your nanny.

6. Guarantee

In the unlikely circumstance that your nanny does not work out, The Wright Nanny offers a six week guarantee period. If your nanny ceases working for you in this time we will go ahead and find another suitable nanny that meets your approval. Should we not make the replacement within two weeks the final payment will be forfeited. Contact our friendly staff at the office for more information and a copy of the Guarantee.

7. Support

The office staff at The Wright Nanny will provide you with ongoing support. You will be contacted during the first two weeks of the placement to see how your nanny is going and answer any questions that may have arisen since the nanny commenced employment with you. It is a high priority of The Wright Nanny Agency to maintain ongoing client relationships well after placement.
